Nursery Owner
Bluebell Key Group. As Nursery Owner at Bluebell Nursery, Maria combines leadership with hands-on early years practice. Holding a Level 6 BA qualification, she is committed to delivering a warm, inclusive setting that supports children’s learning through play and positive daily routines. In her role as a Bluebell Key Person, Maria partners with parents and carers to ensure every child’s needs, interests, and next steps are understood and supported.
Manager
Tulip Key Group. As Manager of Bluebell Nursery, Debbie oversees the day-to-day running of the nursery while maintaining a child-centred approach to learning and development. She supports staff professional practice, promotes a positive team culture, and ensures routines and learning experiences are engaging, inclusive, and consistent. Debbie is passionate about helping every child thrive through purposeful play, gentle guidance, and strong relationships.
Deputy Manager
Daisy Key Group. Ella is Bluebell Nursery’s Deputy Manager and a Level 3 Early Years Practitioner, supporting the day-to-day leadership of the setting and helping to ensure high-quality, nurturing care for every child. As SENCO, she works closely with families and professionals to identify needs early and put effective support in place so children can thrive. Ella is also the Key Person for the Daisies group, building strong relationships that help children feel safe, confident, and ready to learn.
Senior Key Person
Supporting Key Person. As Senior Key Person (Level 3) at Bluebell Nursery, Sharron provides consistent guidance and day-to-day care as a trusted key person. She plans and delivers engaging, age-appropriate experiences that encourage curiosity, communication, and independence. With a strong focus on positive relationships and routines, Sharron helps children settle confidently and supports their progress through careful observation and tailored next steps.

Rose Key Group. Parisa is an experienced Rose Room Key Person at Bluebell Nursery, dedicated to supporting every child’s learning and wellbeing during their early years. She builds warm, trusting relationships with children and families, creating a calm and nurturing environment where children feel safe, confident, and ready to explore. Parisa plans engaging, play-based activities that encourage communication, independence, and positive social development while closely observing progress to support each child’s next steps.

Lily Key Group. As Lilies Key Person at Bluebell Nursery, Louise is dedicated to giving children the best possible start in their early years. She plans age-appropriate activities that support communication, social development, and early learning through play. With a thoughtful and attentive approach, Louise partners with parents and carers to share updates, respond to individual needs, and help every child settle happily and develop at their own pace.
Cover staff
Supporting Key Person. Tanya is a valued member of the Bluebell Nursery team, working as Cover Staff across our early years rooms. She provides consistent, calm support wherever it’s needed, helping children feel safe and settled throughout the day. Tanya works closely with practitioners to maintain routines, encourage positive play, and ensure high standards of care and learning.
